I walked out of poverty because I started giving to God beyond the tithe! I got to millionaire level because I started asking God what and who to give instead of waiting on Him to tell me! If you keep awaiting on the waters to be troubled instead of becoming proactive! If you keep making promises on future windfalls that never come instead of acting sacrificially on what you have, your divine breakthrough will never come!
